PIT RIDING

There is NO UNAUTHORIZED PIT RIDING at the event. Permits for pit vehicles will be available at the main entrance. You must have a valid driver’s license to obtain a permit. Any unauthorized pit riding could result in immediate disqualification of rider(s) associated with the violator. This is for the safety of all persons. Riders are responsible for the actions of their entire pit crew. Pit riding while at the National is a privilege which can be terminated by the National Racing Association at any time. Please be careful!
PIT RIDING PERMITS.

Pit vehicles may be used by permit only. You can purchase them through pre-registration for the National for $15. The cost for permit at the National is $30.

PIT VEHICLE RULES:

Operators MUST have a valid driver’s license.

Helmets must be worn for all 2-wheel pit riding.

Remain seated at all times while riding.

Speed Limit is 10 MPH.

Pit riding hours: 7:00am - 10:00pm daily.

Pit riding is prohibited in these areas:
a. Anywhere on the race course
b. Trails/Woods
c. County Road -
Do not operate under the influence of alcohol.

Unauthorized pit vehicles (No permit) will be confiscated until the end of the event.
Anyone found in violation of these rules is grounds may be subjected to confiscation of pit vehicle, disqualification of racer, and/or ejection from facility.
